Thanh Hoa province people’s committee Nguyen Van Loi and Head director of Eminence Corporation Yang Wu Song presided over the conference. The conference was attended by representatives of the office of the Government, Office of the National Assembly, Ministries, Vietnam State Bank, Vietcombank, many large corporations of Vietnam and departments of Thanh Hoa province and.

   

    The large iron - steel complex will be invested in NEZ. The construction will be divided in two periods. The first period is from 2007 to 2013. The investment capital of this period will be 8 billion USD. The expectation of power will be 12 million iron-steel tons per year. The last period is from 2013 to 2020. Total investment capital will reach 18 billion USD. The power of this period will be 30 million tons. The iron - steel complex will attracted about 10,000 labours in this period.

 

    Beside that, the auxiliary works will be built such as group of habours, thermo-electric plant, cement factory, shipbuilding yard, urban residential quarters,     complex education system, research institutes, hospital, Five stars- Hotel, 400 auxiliary steel factories…Total number labour for those auxiliary works will reach about 50 thousands people. The iron - steel complex will be built by high European and Japanese technology and equipment.

 

    Thanh Hoa province people’s committee Nguyen Van Loi stressed that NEZ becomes the attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors. He acclaimed Eminence Corporation to choose and to invest in NEZ. Thanh Hoa province will create the most favourable conditions for this project. He asked international banks and finance organizations to create good condition for Eminence Corporation to early realize.

 

    Head director of Eminence Corporation Yang Wu Song hopes that Vietnam Government, Thanh Hoa province, banks and finance organizations will help Eminence Corporation to realize this project.
